## What is Divan?

Welcome to the most powerful office of the Ottoman Empire.

You are the Grand Vizier. Seated at the Sultan's left hand, envoys from the palace, the army, the clergy, and the people come to your door every day. Your decisions shape the fate of the empire — and you'll soon learn that no decision comes without a price.

HOW TO PLAY
Swipe cards left or right to decide. Every 10 cards is one year. Palace, Army, Clergy, Treasury — you must keep all four in balance at once. Let one fall to zero and it's over. Let one reach a hundred and it's also over.
