I have since upgraded to a supported device. This app does everything I need it to do consistently (no bugs). Second, unlike many other apps that are provided from small companies in China that are abandoned, I know Bosch will be around in maintaining this app (at least for supported hardware). **Developer response:** Hello, to be fully compatible with the new DIVAR Mobile Viewer APP v3.1, we highly recommend upgrading your DIVAR hybrid/network recorder to firmware v3.1.0. There is no firmware update for DIVAR AN. In DIVAR Viewer app description clearly says that it will work with DIVAR Hybrid/network OR DIVAR AN ...... Bosch ... please provide your customers with functionality that you advertise !!!! Port forwarding was always configured. It stopped working after app 3.1.0 update. Version 3.1.4 did not fix connectivity problem with DIVAR AN. Is there any update for compatibility with DIVAR AN? In this case, it would be unable to stream multiple channels of video from the device. This new version of the DIVAR Mobile Viewer resolves these problems and should improve the connectivity with the DIVAR AN ### 3.1.1 — 2020-02-04 Connection problems with earlier DIVAR hybrid/network firmware v3.0.0 have been solved.
