Dive Plan is a digital decompression table and log book, made using general public information, most compatible with PADI, SSI, SDI, NAUI, NAVI diving tables, and it is comparable with most of the other current diving organizations and their dive tables. Recreational dive planners are decompression tables in which non-stop time under water is calculated.The Dive Plan can be used to practice for your dive certification exams, and can be used as a general guide for planning dives, and logging your dives so you never forget what to enter into your paper log book. Dive Plan works for diving with air (21% Oxygen) filled tanks, as well as enriched air (nitrox from 21% to 40% oxygen). Please note that when diving on an altitude, special considerations must be taken into account, and different dive tables should be used. Dive computers use much more sophisticated algorithms for calculated non-decmpression limits, based on the whole dive, whereas the recreational dive tables are much more conservative and assume a square profile dive where the diver spends the entire dive at one depth. Lite version allows you to plan one dive. They try to make you pay for everything extra, and after you upgrade, they will still not give you what they advertised and try to sell you more. ### 1/5 — DONT BUY *2017-03-29* This app is junk, waste of money and the customer support is trash. What ever you do dont waste your money. They scam you by making you pay 10$ then you have to pay another $5 for the EAN ### 1/5 — FRAUD. DO NOT BUY!!! *2016-12-02* I wish I had read the other review before I purchase the upgrade. This upgrade is a total fraud. I paid $5.99 to have access to the Nitrox table. However upon opening, I was asked to make a subsequent purchase of $2.99 just to use the enriched air tables that the initial purchase promised. DO NOT PURCHASE this app. I wrote an email to the developer requesting an immediate refund. I await a response. ### 1/5 — One dive only *2016-06-03* Some of the other reviews appear to be for the full version. With this light version, you can only plan a single dive. You can't manually enter a starting pressure group for the dive. So the only dive you can plan is a first dive of the day. The interface is intuitive for planning the one dive. As a "light" version, I'd expect to be able to use this as an alternative to the dive tables-AKA a calculator without logging. The full version should then add the logbook capabilities. Even though it is free, the app does not have enough functionality to make it a useful alternative to using the dive tables manually. Great design, compatible with my PADI and SSI dive tables! Works with feet and meters! Multiple dives planning. Tables are correct.
