### 3/5 — One of the best available

*2016-05-06*

The best available dive logger on iOS

Use google maps instead of Apple maps or have a switch to select which one you want to use

Also the pictures you upload arent displayed in HD, just crappy reduced quality despite having HD set - please fix that

Introducing a members area where members can communicate would be interesting

### 2/5 — Very Average App

*2015-06-19*

I would've thought a large online dive site could produce a better app than this. Can only view dives, not add them in. This is annoying when overseas without a computer accessible. Location finder doesn't work (Fiji is a pretty big, well known dive place, but doesn't even show up on the map!!!). Oh well, time to delete.

### 2/5 — No explore, just your logs

*2013-07-04*

I was disappointed to see the app only has my dive logs. No explore site feature our pictures from others

### 1/5 — No response

*2012-11-15, version 2.0.3*

Won't advance after you enter information. You hit OK and nothing happens - you enter date and hit OK and nothing happens. Needs work.

### 3/5 — iOS 6 issues?

*2012-09-24*

My version seems to be broken. Can't login.

Using iOS 6 and iPhone 4.

### 2/5 — Does as described

*2012-08-19*

Shows your dives. No more no less. You need to upload your dives via the website for them to show up on the app. There is ZERO adding/editing functionality within this app. So in other words... Useless.

### 2/5 — Only allows viewing.

*2012-06-15*

Would have been great to allow data input not just viewing.

### 2/5 — Not bad at all... Requires work

*2012-03-14*

The app should have the ability to add logs itself and upload pictures from the camera library/iCloud... Otherwise, fairly good functionality for a free app!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Pretty worthless

*2017-01-09, version 4.0.3*

Having to search by dive number is pretty worthless. The webpage interface is much more useful. Also, after diver 219, you have to guess which dive you're at because all you see is 2..

### 1/5 — Crashes worse than before

*2014-04-08, version 3.0.0*

Was excited that a new version was in the works. At least the old version worked for me, just really slow. This new one crashes every time I try to open one of my previous dives... Shame I really wanted this to work this time around

### 1/5 — Crap

*2014-03-25*

Does not work, app does not open

### 1/5 — Crashes :(

*2014-01-30, version 2.0.5*

The app rarely works, usually hangs when I open it or it crashes if it does open. The website they have is actually very awesome - so it's a bit of a bummer about the app.

### 1/5 — Needs Patch Update

*2013-09-13, version 2.0.5*

I used to be able to open the app before I actually started to use it. Now that I've tried to enter a dive it won't open back up even after deleting and reinstalling.

### 1/5 — Very bad!!!

*2013-06-06, version 2.0.5*

Nothing works, jams and crashes all the time, great idea and design but awful development

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2013-03-29, version 2.0.5*

Terrible. Downloaded app. Wouldnt open. Wasted my time.

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2013-03-16*

Takes forever to open up and 90% of the time it never does open! On those rare occasions that it does open, it gives a portion of the information on the website. Boring design. On the good side it's an excellent idea. If you can fix these items, this could be a great application but a long way to go yet to make it usable.

### 1/5 — Quite buggy

*2013-02-19*

- Crashes app when you refresh spot data. I had to reinstall app to get it working again!
- Crashes when you add a new dive. I didn't get past saving the time in.
- map in dive spots a little screwy. Overlays another map that if you try move away, will point to somewhere else entirely.
The app looks cool otherwise. Pity it doesn't work... Here's hoping... The website is awesome. Definitely intend to use this as my divelog.

### 1/5 — Not worth the price

*2013-01-09, version 2.0.4*

Still needs a lot of work. Tried to add dives but dates and locations wouldn't add properly. Additional features advertised were not available in actual app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Simple but to the point!

*2016-09-23, version 4.0.3*

Handy, "mobile" and nice to quickly view your log book! I LIKE IT!

### 5/5 — Perfect to keep track of my dives

*2016-04-30, version 4.0.3*

Simple, easy to fill. Can add pictures and use of maps. Perfect to keep track of my dives.

### 5/5 — Great logbook!!

*2015-07-21, version 4.0.1*

This app allows you to sync your dive computer to import dives, you can upload photos and videos to share. It is a Facebook version for your logbook!!!

### 4/5 — Great free app for community and dive logs

*2017-07-15*

For free I think this is a great little app. It's not perfect by any means but it lets me import my dive profiles; the location and dive company searches are very handy and it's an easy one to share with your dive mates and buddies.

The best one I've used so far

### 4/5 — Great app

*2016-03-24*

This is one of the best dive log apps I've used. It would be great to update it for larger iphone screen sizes!

### 4/5 — Decent App! Would be great with small changes.

*2015-12-15, version 4.0.1*

Over all solid log to keep tabs on individual dives with options to add photos/notes.

1: I would love to see a "list view" option so that I could see more than one of my dives with some descriptors (dive #, date, location, depth, etc) at a time. Additionally, a cumulative world map displaying where these dives took place.

2: While entering my information it would be great to not have to scroll back down after each entry. The page automatically re-sets to the top after each data point has been added--lots of extra scrolling to get all of your information added.

### 4/5 — Diver Kona Hawaii

*2015-05-17, version 4.0.0*

This is a great app that combines maps, locations, site info, and pictures. It records your dives and allows you to find dives as well. I hope people find this app and use it to dive in Kona as well, I need more dive buddies. ;)

### 4/5 — Great for offline logging!

*2015-04-06*

If you use DiveBoard a lot (like I do) then this is a great companion app to enable you to log your dives while you are away from a PC or internet connection. Once you upload your logs from your PDC on your PC you can link your manually logged dives to the ones recorded on your PDC.

### 4/5 — Works :)

*2014-04-13, version 3.0.1*

The app didn't work well before. But after this last update the app is working fast and not crashing anymore. Really nice. Now I can see all my dives from anywhere.

### 3/5 — App needs some work

*2017-06-30, version 4.0.3*

When trying to add a new dive spot, entire countries are missing from the selection (see Trinidad & Tobago). Great dive spots in Speyside there!

The notes feature is non-functional. I'd like to add notes about my dive, thanks.
