## What is DiveFilter?

I built DiveFilter because I believe diving is more than searching for big encounters.

The ocean is an entire system.

Every small creature matters, and every encounter has its meaning. I wanted a way to help people notice more, learn more, and fall in love with the whole ocean — not just a few famous moments.

I also wanted underwater photos and videos to feel closer to what we actually see. Light fades, colors disappear, and the ocean is hard to capture. DiveFilter gently brings those colors back, so the beauty beneath the surface can be remembered and shared.

With tools for underwater photo and video editing, marine life identification, and badge records, DiveFilter turns each dive into something you can keep — not just as an image, but as an experience.

I made DiveFilter for divers who don’t just dive to see the ocean, but to understand it, appreciate it, and love it as a whole.
