It’s almost next to impossible to make a payment on my account , unless you wanta pay an extra 12 and sit on hold for 20 minutes. Smh. On the main screen I’m logged in, but when you click on the next screen, it wants you to re enter everything again, (as if I wasn’t logged in already) makes sense. lol. and of course it says account not found. lol. Now with the app it is much easier to do my mobile banking. Can check balance. Can transfer money between checking and savings. Can deposit a check into your account using the app as well.
