It’s almost next to impossible to make a payment on my account , unless you wanta pay an extra 12 and sit on hold for 20 minutes. Smh. On the main screen I’m logged in, but when you click on the next screen, it wants you to re enter everything again, (as if I wasn’t logged in already) makes sense. lol. and of course it says account not found. lol. Who the hell made this dumb app? ### 1/5 — Waste of app *2016-01-13* I was so excited to see the credit union finally had an app. Don't waste your time downloading it. All it does is takes you to Safari where you manually have to log in. I don't see any where when you need to deposit a check to take a snap shot for deposit like all the other banks and credit union offer. If you are going to offer an app at least make it worth the while. ### 2/5 — Overhaul Needed *2019-11-21* Looks at utilizing Bankjoy or another vendor for your app design. This is pitiful! Basics are there, but aesthetically displeasing, difficult to navigate, and all around poorly designed. Especially for a Detroit based CU, I’d think someone like Bankjoy would be a great fit. ### 3/5 — Face recognition *2023-02-23* Face recognition works when it feels like it lately. I especially love the way the one teller always inquire of my son (by his name),when he’s not with me. It really feels like family when you walk into the branch. ### 5/5 — Great easy to use app *2020-12-24* For years DMCU did not have an app and I had to go to their website in safari browser to log in. Now with the app it is much easier to do my mobile banking. Can check balance. Can transfer money between checking and savings. Can deposit a check into your account using the app as well.
