I invested $500 6 years ago and I have received $35 in dividends since then. I checked the investments and they stopped investing my money back into projects after the first 6 months so literally no money, no dividends being made for YEARSSS. So I contacted them recently through a support ticket on their terribly made website (most likely done on purpose) and requested my full 530+ dollars to my bank account. This was weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything at all even after submitting multiple tickets (no surprise there). By the way I couldn’t even add my bank account because they make it unclickable to do so!! I can even take out my dividends which say they are available!!! Huge joke this company is kissing my money and kiss your money goodbye because you have absolutely zero chance of getting your money back. Terrible customer service basically nonexistent the app crashes 9/10 times some of the things don’t even work on here I’m honestly curious how good their bylaws are because how in the world hasn’t there been a class action yet 😂 I’m waiting for it so I can jump on in. I’ve gotten back a total of 9$ from 5 years and I still cannot pull my money out it doesn’t makes any sense. They tell you 5 years it’s been 5 years still can’t touch the money let alone add my new bank account just in case they ever do. I knew it would be locked for 5 years. The first year I received $34 in dividends which I was happy about. Now after reading reviews I see it’s a general number sent to everyone to appease us. Now it’s 2025, I tried to login to check on my investment but my password no longer works. I tried resetting it but I didn’t receive the email. I waited about a month and tried to login again but again it didn’t recognize me so I tried resetting my password. This time I got an email and reset my password. I went to the app and website but cannot login with my new password. I then tried to contact them from both locations using the contact support link but it’s impossible to reach them because they now have an error page that says DiversyFund is using a part of the Cloudfare network. I use an iPhone so I don’t understand why I am unable to login like I have been able to for the first 3 years since I’ve invested. I’m beginning to believe this is a scam for the rich to become richer. I used to love seeing the properties my money went to and the amount of money I was accruing. Now I’m just furious, like so many others who can’t login and contact this company to inquire about our money. ### 1/5 — Do Not Invest *2025-11-11, version 1.9.99* Horrible investment platform and company. I got a small dividend about 4 years ago and have seen zero gains since. For months now I have been unable to access their app—pretty certain this is intentional on their part. I will be contacting the fraud department of my state’s investigation bureau. These @$$hats have a class action lawsuit coming, only a matter of time. ### 1/5 — Something is wrong *2026-05-03, version 1.9.99* The company is submitting emails asking for investments in a new income fund. However account access has not been available for months. The concept of DiversyFund looks great and I am excited to see the “performance” over the years. I put that in quotes because it is very clear on the website that this is a long term illiquid investment. You can’t use this as a savings account or “try it out” for a few months. The cash flow from rent payments is used to reinvest into the property with improvements or purchase new property within the fund. This is all on the website and not hidden in any fine print. It seems that nearly all the negative reviews are people complaining that they can’t cash out. Come on people! This is real estate. Same issue exists with the Fundrise reviews (which I am not invested in). There are people there calling it a scam. It is not a scam, just illiquid. It is great that these crowdfunding real estate investments options exist for non-accredited investors because everyone should have access to diversification that real estate offers. As an example of the illiquidity of real estate, I have quite a bit more money invested into real estate on a different site for accredited investors. That investment is into a new apartment building that is still being built. In fact, it will be a little over two years before there is any positive cash flow. Am I complaining? No. This is how real estate works. Only invest with money you don’t need for a minimum of 5 years. I bet the people at DiversyFund hate pasting in their standard reply to all these people complaining about the lack of liquidity.
