I signed up for a 30 day trial and let me tell you this has been amazing!    DL is located in the Chicagoland area and I am in the Houston Texas area.   Jen is my coach and she is available for calls and checks in daily with my workouts and adjusts workouts based on my schedule or if I injured something.   It is great having the meal planning options also to keep track and they have great meals ideas and tips.   One other thing that sets them apart (which I love) is the optional guided mediation, yoga options and additional core workouts.     I have not found another program like this and highly recommend it regardless of where you live thus is the program to see results from
