My login works great on the website, but doesn’t work on the app. Customer service is somewhat belligerent in their advice to get me to reset my password… the one that works one one product but not the other. Please, management hear me and all of us and if your app! Pay some devs! We beg you! ### 1/5 — Abandoned in place? *2025-11-19, version 1.90.8* Log in is not valid user? I can use the website fine. Based off reviews and updates on the App Store this app does not appear to be actively used or atleast supported. ### 1/5 — MUCH NEEDED UPDATE! *2025-03-20, version 1.81.4* as title implies… this app is soo outdated they need to update their app. with the option to pay directly to the principal. ### 1/5 — Impossible to login *2024-05-21, version 1.81.4* impossible to log in, the same password and ursename works on the website but not in the app, the app update is terrible, a lot of complaints and they don't solve the problem. ### 1/5 — Unfortunately users experience is bad *2023-11-17, version 1.74.1* App is not updated frequently for any improvement. As mentioned by other users app will not send any email or text confirmation of your payments. You have to wait for 24 hours to see if your payment was processed. Horribly slow to schedule payment. Can't see or confirm if you have scheduled payment more than once. Security also appears to be very week. At least everyone else gets to complain about payments posting late. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-09-02, version 1.74.1* This was briefly exciting, but ultimately disappointing. The mobile app appears to be incompatible with the core service’s database, as it insisted that my email & phone number did not exist in their records. Unfortunately, this fits with the extremely painful user experience of the core service, as well. I will absolutely never use this service again & vocally caution others against it, as well. Shame on Home Depot for partnering with this provider. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2023-08-02, version 1.54.1* I can’t log in to the app. I’m logged in to the website and the app says I don’t exist. ### 1/5 — No tech support *2023-06-22, version 1.54.1* I forgot my password & have reset my password through the “forgot password.” Although it says I have successfully reset my password, the app does not recognize the updated password. I had to create a new account with another email address & my work cell. Now, I can’t change my work cell to my personal cell number because it is connected to the original account I’m locked out of and can’t get into. Ugh! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t recognize legitimate credentials *2023-06-14, version 1.54.1* Not sure where to start on this one. Nothing seems to be working or coordinated in any way with their website. Have been a customer for months and log onto the website regularly to check payments and balance. Not only do the same login credentials not work on this app, but they don’t even seem to match the format of the website (website uses username, not email address like the app). Even if I try to change password or set up a new account it claims my account, email, and phone numbers don’t exist in their system. Not sure why they even bother advertising the app on the website if it’s impossible to set up app access when you’re already a customer. Complete miss on the app, Dividend.
