Don’t waste time and money on this if you are a serious investor. I broke the app during my free trial just trying to sync my brokerage. What Plainzer really wants you to do is send them CSVs in their proprietary format - get real!

Our support team has already reached out to help with the brokerage sync. It’s a complex integration that works well in most cases, but occasional edge cases can happen, and our dev team is always ready to investigate.

CSV import is just an optional backup, not a requirement.
