It costs so many resources to make it through the Island of Power, and it keeps restarting which is really frustrating. I tried the help option but it leads to a link that doesn’t work. I’m now getting to a point where I need to unlock an area of my island but can’t do so because the work done on the Island of Power doesn’t save correctly. The game play is slow. If you want to get anything done you have to pour money into it for the added crystals and mana. That is the only way to move forward. The rewards don’t really help. The game play keeps you low enough so you are almost forced to buy more crystals. I don’t have that kind of money to throw into a game. ### 1/5 — Not my cup of tea … *2023-07-24* So it is a fun game, the thing is: you have earthquakes, cyclops and fires every couple of hours and they are happening simultaneously. When you extinguish one threat it uses up all your water with no way to get more so then you still have the rest that need to be taken cared of. Then when your water is full again you need to take care of another threat and move the city along but by then more earthquakes and stuff are happening so everything is burning and you can’t fix anything. If there was a way to get more water so you could actually do enough I could understand the game throwing the kitchen sink at you. But the only way is to use diamonds and the amount is ridiculous so you have to spend money.
