SMART ROUTINES
Build your own templates or follow a generated routine tailored to your goals, equipment, and schedule. Weekly or rolling splits, your call.

SEE PROGRESS
Automatic 1RM estimates, personal-record tracking, volume, and strength standards show exactly how far you've come. Log body weight, measurements, and progress photos over time.
