## What is DivTracker AI?

DivTracker AI is a portfolio tracker built around an exact ledger.

Add the brokers and banks you invest with, then enter each purchase and sale as it happened: date, quantity, price and fees. DivTracker keeps the lots, works out what you hold and what it cost you, and rebuilds every figure from those entries, so each number can be traced back to a transaction.

• Holdings worked out from your own records, by account
• Cost in each currency, calculated with exact decimals
• A sample portfolio to look around before you add anything
• Delete your account and your data from inside the app, at any time

DivTracker AI is a record-keeping tool. It does not give financial, tax or investment advice.
