This is making communication more ineffective than when I had to text my ex. Fix this please. ### 1/5 — Not sustainable *2023-04-24, version 0.15.9* Terrible co-parenting app, blurs out screenshots & Photos. You can’t upload receipts, images or any correspondence. Makes co parenting even harder. Shame because it was recommended to us by our mediator and now it’s included in our court orders and my ex won’t change apps. Have contacted support but got nowhere. A big thumbs down ### 1/5 — Don’t bother downloading. Waste of time. App doesn’t work. *2022-08-01, version 0.15.9* I didn’t even get to use the app because the automated service Juvo kept glitching and repeating “I don’t understand” to the yes and no answers. I couldn’t get anywhere and wasn’t given the option to even get the 4 digit pin to connect my ex to the app. It’s a shame because I could really use an app that actually does what this one claims to do. If only it actually worked but it doesn’t do pretty disappointing. Review - 1/5 stars ### 1/5 — Not reliable *2021-11-18, version 0.15.9* While going through family court I’ve had issues downloading conversations so that the full conversation is not downloaded at the set time frames. I contacted support and received no response. I have also set the app to limit notifications at certain times of day and this function does not work. A wish list would be to be able to draft a message and choose to delay sending. And for the app to suggest we take a break in discussing an issue. My ex sends lengthy messages regardless of the prompts. Perhaps limit number of characters to encourage a pause? ### 1/5 — Notifications *2021-07-30, version 0.15.6* Frequently I don’t receive messages (responses) for a significant time (hours). This leads to frustration and miscommunication, the very opposite of the intended application. ### 1/5 — Upgraded on its own *2018-09-04, version 0.9.5* Your app decided on its own to upgrade our subscription to the paid version and plays dumb when told no we do not want to be. Then there is no way to abort this trial and we will be forced to pay after a month for something we never asked for. Fix your problem now or there’ll be more and more of these. ### 1/5 — Needs to be smarter, intuitive & related responsive answers *2018-02-01, version 0.3.7* Couldn’t make my mind up which was more frustrating to talk/use Siri or this app needs a lot of work! Please fix ### 2/5 — Basic and barely functional *2025-04-30, version 0.16.2* This is a very basic co-parenting app with few bells and whistles. There are numerous bugs, like when the AI agent asks if you want to hear some news, it then doesn’t accept the ‘yes’ or ‘no’ canned responses saying ‘I don’t understand that was it a yes or a no?’, presenting those options again and still not recognizing them. Also just said there were no flags in this weeks massages and literally moments later ‘sensed some heat’ in the messages. Functional for communications. I note notifications again appear not to be working - which is a pretty key feature for a co-parenting app. Honestly, “Free” is its best feature. ### 2/5 — No notifications *2021-08-22, version 0.15.6* Can’t use this app anymore as it doesn’t notify me when I’ve got a message this is causing drama on both sides ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Only just downloaded *2022-10-19, version 0.15.9* -it has DND function, flags abusive words, seems easy to print out messages. I like the conversations section. I’m getting notifications atm, hopefully it continues as others have said it stopped at one point. I’ll update review once I’ve used it a bit and hopefully they can make any recommended changes if issues come up. ### 4/5 — Update required *2020-01-24, version 0.14.6* Love the app, agree that a shared calendar would be fantastic. Also for some reason I don’t get notifications unless my phone is open (I’ve checked settings, it doesn’t appear to be an issue there). This is causing significant issues. I have logged it and still no response for over a month.
