## What is Diwan for Employee?

Diwan is the employee app for companies that run their HR on Diwan. Check in at your branch, see when you work, ask for time off and read your payslip — without a trip to the HR office.

CHECK IN AND OUT
• One tap to check in or out when you arrive and leave
• Your location is read only at that moment, to confirm you're at your branch
• See today's punches and the hours you've worked so far

YOUR WEEK AND YOUR TIMESHEET
• Your shifts for the week, with your days off marked
• A monthly timesheet: present, on leave, late or left early, and hours per day

REQUESTS
• Ask for leave, an attendance correction, a shift change or overtime
• Attach a document, such as a medical certificate, when a request needs one
• Follow each request: waiting, approved or rejected, with your manager's comment
• See your leave balance for every leave type

PAYSLIPS AND EXPENSES
• Every payslip, with earnings, deductions and net pay
• Share a payslip as a PDF
• Submit expenses with a photo of the receipt

FOR MANAGERS
• See who is in today across your team
• Approve or reject your team's requests from your phone

ALSO
• Your documents and your profile in one place
• Notifications when a request is decided
• Arabic and English, switchable at any time

HOW TO SIGN IN
Your employer creates your account. Enter the workplace code your HR gave you, then sign in. No code? Tap "Try it as a guest" to explore the app with sample data for a made-up company — nothing is sent or saved.
