App is annoying me lately. Has a persistent phantom notification I can’t get rid of. I’ve deleted it, reinstalled, rebooted, tapped every page and tab in the app and nothing helps. If I spend more than $150 on a single order, I save the $12 shipping fee. Here’s the catch: when I load my cart to over $150, checkout shows free shipping. But as soon as I enter the 20% rewards code, the shipping charges get added back in. That means my 20% savings really works out to more like 10%. So yes, you can use both—but it doesn’t say anywhere that using rewards cancels free shipping.
