Across the US. For my needs I find it useful often. It’s been frustrating at times due to technical invitations, but the app author provides support via email. The volume of content varies depending on the stream; for example there's a lot on the Arkansas in Colorado, including links to videos and river conditions. There are streams marked where access is available but it’s not always explicit.
