Unfortunately the app shuts down randomly while entering the tenants details and all progress is lost so after 5 attempts at entering the same information I gave up. STOP BUY NO MORE TENANTS SAVE YOUR MONEY BEFORE TOO LATE .............. ### 1/5 — Stopped working after purchased tenant *2017-03-12* Best landlord app that I could find but it stopped working after I purchased one tenant. 🙁 Had to delete it and search for a better, well maintained app. ### 1/5 — Buying tenants does not work. *2017-02-23* I bought one tenant in addition to the two free ones a year ago. Did not work. I deleted the app. I gave it another try today. It restored my payment, but still does not work past two. Idiot bought a ten tenant package thinking maybe it would work. Like a broken machine: took my money- no tenants. Still does not work. The app has no one to call or to communicate. I guess I will have to call apple. Rent cover period can only be 1st Oct to 1st Nov for example. Have to send 1 star are it doesn't let me send or it would get zero stars!!! ### 2/5 — Too much manual entry / not for hmos *2016-01-01, version 3.3* I downloaded this app to try it out with a view to managing an HMO. While it does seem to offer lots of functionality, there are items that could have been automated but were not, for example, in the rent paid section you have to fill out a form each time a tenant pays, instead of just clicking a button. You also have to do the cumulative calculations which just adds time and would get very annoying after a while. Another problem which is specific to hmos, is that while each property can be divided into units in terms of expense and income categories, what about the communal areas? There was also very little facility for customisation so you couldn't change the names of each unit. I didn't investigate any further. I just think that at the moment it's not quite up to the job. ### 1/5 — Terrible Service *2015-12-29* Not a bad idea but it has lots of problems. It won't let me update past due payments and it doesn't update when you enter new info. I requested help 5 times with NO response. I ended up going back to paper to keep track of the app, sort of defeats the purpose. Don't waste your money on this one. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2015-08-14* Terrible app. It lists my tenants as past due for 3 months before their lease began. I can't get any support from customer service. Don't bother with this app. ### 3/5 — Pretty good, needs update *2015-08-08* Lots of great things, but saving to Dropbox does not save all the data input, only the in-app purchases, which causes headaches. You also can't track weekly payments, which I need to be able to do. Also can't use on multiple devices, which is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Bad customer service *2015-05-04* Good app and very useful but horrible customer service. After app update the app crashed and did not work. I had to delete and reinstall. I lost all my data and my purchase for 10 extra tenants. Customer service could not help with a restore. They also have not replied to any of my email about 7 since early March. I lost all my years of data which I put into the app and most recent Lee lost all of it. I added my property and as soon as I tried to write in tenants’ name, screen just went black then it shut...Deleted! ### 1/5 — Problems *2019-01-02* Like the other review, I bought “10 tenants “ cause I needed more then the free two tenants you get with the app. This app randomly deletes all my information that I programmed into the app. As I attempt to do the process of inputting my info into the app, it has a glitch and again, all is deleted. 😩 ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing and loses data *2018-09-29, version 3.3* It’s not a completely operational app. It keeps crashing and loses data when it crashes. Waste of time and money ### 1/5 — Scam, Glitchy, No Support *2017-05-17, version 3.3* You are only allowed two tenants for free. I purchased an additional tenant package in the app and still does not allow me to add more tenants. The app is buggy as well - if you put a passcode on and double-click home button (iOS 10) and exit the app, it brings you back to the passcode screen. Very annoying.
