Her şeyin kalorisi yazıyor. Cipstir elma cipsidir böyle garip yemekler bile var. Ve ölçülerini belirlemekte kolay. Çay kaşığı yemek kaşığı 100 gr atıyorum. Gün gün kilo değerinizi de kontrol edebiliyorsunuz. Günlük spor yaptığınızda da ekleyebiliyorsunuz, günlük içtiğiniz suyu da ekleyebiliyorsunuz. Bence bi diyet uygulamasında daha iyisi beklenemez.
