I use this with word with friends an communicating with family. I really like the app ,but find my studies of Romance languages is. A big hep when searching for definitions. This is the best program I have found

I think the vocabulary is very ample. I also think that grammar and some expressions translate well.  Long translations are not what Dizionario does.   It is very useful.  I am using it online rather than with no wifi connection.  So, portable storage vocabulary is not known to me.
