This is just so awful. It should be criminal to charge people money to use this app or InfoCert for identity verification. It simply does not work and no one seems to care. Terrible customer experience and buggy as could be.

Idk what else you need to know.  For an app that is supposedly doing security for the Italian courts they should absolutely not be sending out your forgotten password to you in plain text.
