I love that this is helping me pace myself better! Syncing up with the watch also makes it nice since I can keep my phone in my pocket or hand and just easily refer to the timer on the watch. This has been a great way to enjoy walks/jogs more too because breaking up in increments has made the time go faster surprisingly!

Love this as it really makes walking more enjoyable and I can pace myself much better, thus lasting longer. Awesome how it has the ability to sync to your music playlist!
