## What is DJCJ Player?

If you like to have an analog-style pitch control for your music, like the pitch control on a turntable, DJCJ Player is for you. You can set the low and high value of the pitch control slider from -50% to +50%. It allows pitch shift in as little as .01% increments. Pitch and speed increase together just like on an analog turntable. Optimum sound quality is maintained. Free. No Ads. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. Just a gift from DJCJ to you. This app will only play music that is synced to your device. It does not play music from any subscription streaming service. It does not play DRMed music.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-08-03

• Scanning with the previous and next buttons is now smoother and continuous. It also speeds up the longer you hold.

• Redesigned track scrubber. While scrubbing, slide your finger upward to slow it down for fine control. This makes it easier to get to a specific point in a longer track.

• The pitch fader now dials in to a hundredth of a percent. Slide left over the artwork while holding it for finer adjustment.

• New setting: choose whether the pitch fader jumps to your touch or moves only from where it sits like a physical fader.

• Playback now more reliably resumes after another app has taken over audio, especially in CarPlay.

• Fixed the progress bar occasionally freezing during playback.

• Fixed album artwork sometimes appearing abruptly instead of sliding in with the player.
