## What is Djezzy?

Through the new DJEZZY App, you have the control.

The Djezzy App has now a new more ergonomic interface that gives you a new more enjoyable browsing experience. You can from now on consult in detail your various consumptions, related to the offer or the options which you activated.

The Djezzy App will allow you to control your SIM card via various actions that you can do by youself via your smartphone and without moving, such as: SIM disconnection or reconnection, code request, refill, find the nearest Djezzy shop or contact our customer service.

Concerning the offers menu, it displays the details of the different current offers which are available for your profile. You can activate them in one click.

To have full advantage of the Djezzy App, make sure you are connected to the Djezzy network and not to wifi or other.

Du mieux par rapport à l’année précédente doit s’améliorer un peu plus niveau partage connexion internet sinon c’est bien

Je rejoins les recents avis. 

1- Gestion de l’authentification au global et précisément pour les sims dans un modem 4G. Faute de présence physique, on est bloqué à chaque expiration de session: c’est pénible. Une piste serait d’augmenter la durée de session; Un espace client géré par mail/password serait encore meilleur pour chaque client. 

2- L’application n’est pas accessible depuis l’étranger malgré l’utilisation d’un VPN. Sécurisez vos apis à travers un WAF, et ouvrez tout … ça nous simplifiera pas mal la vie. 

3- Depuis la dernière version, les offres ne s’affichent plus en intégralité notamment les mixtes «Hayla Bezzaf». C’est désavantageux lorsqu’il nous reste qu’une journée et qu’on a pas besoin d’activer une offre de plus de 24h. 

Si votre backlog est vide, n’hésitez pas.

Le pays semble inaccessible au reste du monde encore une fois, aucune possibilité n’est offerte aux algériens résidant à l’étranger de pouvoir flexy.
Je reçois un sms me demandant de recharger pour garder ma ligne mais impossible de me connecter, je vais devoir encore une fois compter sur ma famille pour ne pas perdre mon numéro alors que j’ai une carte edhabia. 
Façade moderne mais toujours aussi archaïque dans le fond. Offrez des voyages à vos employés qu’ils voient un peu comment le monde fonctionne en dehors de nos frontières.

Instabilité de la session et authentification OTP : Je possède deux lignes Djezzy (une mobile et une dans un modem 4G distant). L'application se déconnecte environ une fois par mois, m'obligeant à saisir un code OTP. Pour la puce située dans le modem, cela m'impose un déplacement physique contraignant pour récupérer le SMS de confirmation. Serait-il possible de stabiliser les sessions ou de proposer une méthode d'authentification alternative (via email ou mot de passe) pour les lignes de type modem ?

1.	Absence de rechargement direct en DATA : Actuellement, il est impossible d'envoyer directement un forfait internet (Data) sur un numéro tiers. On est obligé d'envoyer du crédit (Flexy), puis de se connecter spécifiquement avec la puce du modem pour convertir ce crédit en forfait. C'est illogique pour un modem : si le forfait est épuisé, on ne peut plus accéder à l'application pour faire cette conversion. Merci pour vos efforts.
