Manchmal finde ich nicht das, was ich suche. Für mich nicht ausreichend personalisiert. Ansonsten alles top! Deshalb vier Sterne. ### 2/5 — App lässt sich schlecht bedienen *2026-05-25, version 3.3.3* An sich ne gute App - leider lässt sie sich nicht vernünftig bedienen… die Suche funktioniert oft nicht und wenn man eine Reise planen will wird die übernehmen Schaltfläche leider oft vom Favoriten Button überlagert und man kann nichts auswählen. Das macht leider keinen Spaß! ### 3/5 — iPhone 17 funktioniert nicht *2026-05-13, version 3.3.3* Leider funktioniert der Scan der Mitgliedskarte mit dem iPhone17 pro nicht. Es wird die falsche Kamera genutzt. Damit erkennt die App die Karte nicht. ### 4/5 — Alles neu? *2026-01-26, version 3.3.3* Angeblich soll das scannen der analogen Karte mit dem letzten Update verbessert worden sein, doch leider funktioniert es. Nun habe ich es mehrfach versucht und die alte gelöscht. Restaurant, ich habe keine digitale Karte. 🤔 ### 2/5 — extrem schlechte Navigation *2025-07-05, version 3.3.0* Eigentlich ist es ein Trauerspiel, dass ein so großer Zusammenschluss nicht in der Lage ist, eine funktionierende App zu programmieren. Der Kalender ist eine reine Katastrophe und die Navigation innerhalb der App deutlich erschwert. ### 2/5 — lädt zu langsam *2024-09-27, version 3.0.3* es dauert viele zu lange, bis Informationen zu einzelnen Jugendherbergen geladen sind ### 4/5 — Bayern problematisch *2024-07-06, version 3.0.2* Ich habe anfangs mich über die unkomplizierten Buchungen gefreut z.B. Burghausen, Nürnberg, Koblenz, Köln. Große Enttäuschung war für mich die erfolglose Buchung eines Familienurlaubs in den Bergen in Bayern. In der App werden Pauschalangebote für Familien angeboten auch außerhalb der bayerischen Ferien. Bei der Suche erscheint das Angebot verfügbar, nach Buchung kommt eine Email wo explizit steht keine Buchungsbestätigung sondern Anfrage. Die Anfrage wird tatsächliche schnell bearbeitet und man erhält meistens am selben Tag eine Antwort. Die Mails sind freundlich formuliert und man bekommt Alternativ Angebote oder eine Telefonnummer der Zentrale mitgeteilt zur Hilfe bei der Unterkunftssuche. Frustrierend sind die Absagen da durch Schulklassen ausgebucht. Ist ja primär in Ordnung, warum wird in der App das Angebot als Verfügbar angezeigt? Mein Tipp an Familien, nur am Wochenende oder in den Ferienzeiten im jeweiligen Bundesland buchen oder direkt telefonisch oder per Mail Kontakt aufnehmen. Spart viel Zeit ### 3/5 — Buchungsübersicht fehlt *2024-02-04, version 2.6.3* Leider etwas unübersichtlich das Ganze. Die Mitgliedskarte war auch erst nicht scanbar. Nach Deinstallation und wieder Neuinstallation ging es dann aber endlich. Was nur wirklich fehlt, wäre eine Übersicht der getätigten Buchungen! ### 5/5 — Funktioniert jetzt alles… *2024-01-20, version 2.6.3* Nach erneutem Löschen und Installieren der App lässt sie sich nun öffnen, ist stabil, und ich konnte die Mitgliedsausweise einscannen, was zuletzt nicht möglich war… Leider war es ein holperiger Weg - aber nun ist es OK - Danke… ### 5/5 — Gute Erfahrungen und schöne Erlebnisse *2024-01-07, version 2.6.3* Bisher war ich super zufrieden mit den Aufenthalten in verschiedenen Jugendherbergen. Was mir immer etwas Kopfschmerzen bereitet ist die Buchung über die App. Bei allen Versuchen wird mir kein Angebot offeriert und ich muss mich telefonisch durchquälen. Ganz anders bei den Jugendherbergen, die im Verbund Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz und Saarland sind.
