Die App selbst ist an sich super. Übersichtlich und mit vielen Funktionen ausgestattet. Aber: wieso gibt es keine Push Benachrichtigung für wichtige Ereignisse wie beispielsweise einen leeren Wassertank?

I purchased  the DJI Romo s due to its impressive spec sheet, alongside this I have always been using DJI products however my expirience was mixed
Below are the positives and negatives of the robot:
Positives:
-Great design 
-Extremely quite
-very intelligent
Negatives:
-Concerning rate of “false positives” for object detection ( such as recognising patterned tiles as obstacles)
-Forces the user to decrease obstacle avoidance to fix the problem
-Needs more firmware updates to address this problem.
-struggles to map old, more complex homes often giving up mid map requiring you to manually place the robot in rooms 
Now the robot has the capabilities to literally excel in complex homes, however currently the firmware is a real bottleneck which causes frustration for the user. However as a DJI user I trust this problem will be rectified. 
The DJI home app on the other hand is okay ( not good not bad), I absolutely love how easy it was to set up the robot, however compared to the DJI fly app just does not feel as complete. In English theirs grammatical errors in notifications, the map function works, but it’s challenging to use at times ( I would love if the rooms could be colour coded and the map was more “vibrant”) and it’s a bit frustrating how I had to manually divide rooms instead of the robot intelligently doing it. In essence so far my experience with the romo and home app is mixed, the robots problems are mainly firmware related, however I would love to see some more changes to the DJI home layout. I love DJI and their products, and I trust they will rectify these issues .

Después de poner la anterior reseña, a los pocos días empezó a enviar mensajes cuando algo no iba bien, pero vuelve a no notificar por ejemplo cuando se queda sin agua o el depósito de agua sucia está lleno

Ho messo 2 stelle perché mancano le notifiche. È importante avere le notifiche soprattutto quando c’è un problema con il robot o con la base , ma anche banalmente quando inizia o termina un programma di pulizia. 
Per il resto l’app funziona molto bene. Non appena aggiungono questa funzione e soprattutto il supporto per la lingua italiana, darò 5 stelle.

ROMO S très bon matériellement, app DJI Home en deçà :

- DJI Home n'envoie aucune notification iOS (début de cycle, fin de cycle, erreurs). Ce n'est pas un problème d'autorisation iOS, l'app n'émet simplement rien. Inadmissible pour un appareil qui tourne en notre absence.
- Aucun support des Live Activities iOS (Dynamic Island, écran verrouillé)
- Traduction française partielle et incohérente
- Assistant vocal du robot indisponible en français

Pour un produit grand public à plus de 1000€, ces manques ne sont pas acceptables. À corriger en priorité.

因为阳台三面都是玻璃几次建模都不成功，客服说因为玻璃的原因，解决办法是把低处的所有玻璃用纸或者布挡着再建模。实在太不智能了！

Aplicación que a día de hoy ya está en español, pero el robot no es capaz de transmitir los mensajes en español y los comandos de voz están desactivados dado que no este idioma. Necesidad urgente de actualizar e implementar el español en todo su sistema. Cuando se actualice, mejoraré su nota.

L’application est bien conçue, il est facile de s’y retrouver , de configurer en détails l’ensemble des programmes , de gérer les paramètres. Le robot saura faire le taff dès la sortie du carton.

Il reste pourtant des fonctionnalités basiques qui ne sont pas présentes ( notifications ?!) et des bugs qui pourraient être facilement corrigés mais qui ne le sont pas ( par exemple la gestion des tapis qui n’est pas bonne dans ma configuration, des trajets parfois discutable en terme d’optimisation) 

Et ce qui m’inquiète tout particulièrement : aucune mise a jour du robot depuis des mois d’existence ? 
Des consommables indispensables au fonctionnement de l’aspirateur ( solution de nettoyage, sac à poussière, serpillère …) en rupture de stock depuis le lancement et sans aucune visibilité pour les prochains mois ? 

Ce sentiment d’abandon pour un produit compris entre 800€ et 2000€ me laisse extrêmement perplexe. J’ai fait confiance à DJI les yeux fermés connaissant bien ses drones , je dois dire que bien que mon intérieur soit propre aujourd’hui , j’ai le sentiment qu’il ne le sera pas pour longtemps… 
DJI s’il vous plaît RÉAGISSEZ !

Per un prodotto di questo livello non avere un’app che ti avverte con una notifica per ogni eventuale criticità è una carenza troppo grande. Se manca l’acqua, se il Romo ha un problema o per qualsiasi altra necessità non hai nessun avvertimento sul telefono.

Excellente application niveau ergonomie, mais à quand les notifications ?! 
Et pouvoir sélectionner le mode de nettoyage par défaut en mode manuel serait vraiment bien. 
Sinon robot très efficace !

Depuis la dernière mise à jour du 19/06/26 (01.00.1606) le robot fait n’importe quoi. Il part dans tout les sens.. au lieu de mettre 1h25 il passe pendant 1h40… espérant que cela soit vite corrigé

Non è possibile che un’ app di un robot da oltre 1000 euro non abbia le notifiche incorporate, l app funziona bene senza problemi ma è una grossissima mancanza! 1 stella finché non risolvono

Der Roboter, bzw. die App hat einfach mal so die Karte vergessen. Fehlende Push-Nachrichten kommen auch dazu. Die Navigation vom Roboter selbst ist eher mäßig. Wenn die Drohnen von DJI so navigieren würden, dann gute Nacht.

Unfortunately, I’ve had negative experience with the DJI power 2000 and it’s two additional batteries specifically with port failures for my solar panel panels DJI and there is very little customer service Constant faults and no alerts on the app. If there’s a problem with the unit as they regularly are then when the problem comes on if you click it, it takes you to a dead screen.

Eine sehr schöne App von DJI mit vielen Details. Funktioniert sehr gut. 

Bisher fand ich schade, dass sie sich nicht so gut in das Apple Ökosystem integriert (keine Pushnachrichten, keine Live Widgets). 

Aber jetzt gibt es endlich Matter und ich bin super glücklich darüber. Integration in Apple Home mit Automationen ist somit möglich. Toll!

L’app non è malaccio. Ma è insensata l’assenza di notifiche almeno per la conclusione dei cicli di pulizia. Ogni tanto qualche crash. Cinque stelle dopo questi miglioramenti.

Ich finde die DJI Home App insgesamt wirklich gelungen. Sie läuft sehr stabil, Abstürze hatte ich bisher keine, und die Verbindung zu meinen DJI Power Geräten funktioniert zuverlässig. Die Bedienoberfläche ist übersichtlich und intuitiv gestaltet – man findet sich schnell zurecht und kommt direkt an die relevanten Informationen. Besonders gefällt mir die klare Darstellung von Ladezustand, Leistung und Statusmeldungen.

Eine Frage bzw. ein Wunsch hätte ich noch:
Gibt es eine geplante Integration für Apple CarPlay? Es wäre extrem praktisch, während der Fahrt die wichtigsten Daten wie Spannung, Ladezustand (SOC), aktuelle Lade- bzw. Entladeleistung usw. direkt im Fahrzeugdisplay auslesen zu können – insbesondere bei Nutzung der DJI Power in Kombination mit einem 1kW Super Fast Charger. Das würde den mobilen Einsatz deutlich komfortabler machen.

Ansonsten: wirklich eine sehr gute und durchdachte App! 👍
