I guess they build things one at a time. It works perfectly fine at Gmail. The verification code does not work after 10 tries all kinds of different ones so I can’t even get this downloaded. ### 2/5 — Nightmare setting up Experience *2025-12-12* The ordering and delivery were great but unboxing and completing the firmware updates and the following calibration were not . Setting up the IMU went to 95% very quickly . It should take a few seconds to move on to stage 3/5 but it was stuck on 95% for 20mins with the drone battery red hot and warning . Tried numerous times and reported it to Tech Support who agreed a return was necessary together with a case number..That was the start of the nightmare , the shipping label did not work , the chat line was just robots to start with giving me fixes and wanting details of the problem then transferred to a human reading from a script asking irrelevant questions .I had the return number but it went on for about half an hour and all I wanted was a shipping label . Also I think they are refunding when I wanted an exchange because they don’t understand me . I hate help lines they are nearly always no help at all . So am I getting a drone ? But as a Canadian I do wish that there was way to view prices in CAD (Canadian dollar) as it very annoying having to translate from USD to CAD for every price. This makes it much harder for me to compare prices and also makes me worried that I might forget and buy something that I can’t afford.😬 So please add CAD ### 1/5 — Cool app but… *2025-07-17, version 7.7.2* The app is very great overall but the virtual flight sim on the app does not make sense. Like for example when I crash on the ground in the game, the drone in the sim bounces off the ground. Same thing when I crash in the water it bounces again. The service like returning and getting a product is SLOW. I had to wait for delivery and missed the 48 hour deadline for the care package which is insurance against damage and flyaways - I found out too late. The setup is a major faff, the instruction manual is inadequate and badly written. I would advise waiting for the competitors to catch up ### 1/5 — 👎🏻Extremely disappointing experience with the DJI app and support. *2026-06-03* The app is unstable and frustrating to use. Reaching the support chat should be simple, but it feels almost impossible. The chat window appears briefly at the bottom of the screen and then disappears, forcing the user to switch between different tabs and try again and again. Contacting support through the app feels like a struggle instead of basic customer service. When I finally reached support, the result was not helpful. The app, official website, and support process apply strict regional limitations. If DJI does not ship to your country, you are simply told to contact a local authorized reseller. In practice, this feels discriminatory toward customers in unsupported regions. The local authorized reseller in my country does not allow customers to buy individual items separately. You cannot buy only a drone, only a battery, only propellers, only a controller, or other compatible parts and accessories separately. Instead, customers are forced to buy complete packages. For example, I previously bought a Fly More Combo. After losing the drone in water, I still had the controller, goggles, batteries, and other accessories. I only needed to buy a replacement drone, but I was told I had to buy a full package again. The same problem applies even when trying to buy a newer compatible drone. This makes the DJI app, support, and purchasing process feel restrictive, unhelpful, wasteful, and unfair. Customers should be able to buy compatible replacement products and accessories separately instead of being forced into unnecessary bundles. The same discriminatory experience exists even on the official DJI website. Some newer models, for example the Avata 360, are not available there, and instead customers are forced to use the same buggy mobile app to try to find or buy them. This is a very poor and frustrating customer experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the DJI app, DJI support, or this sales process. ### 1/5 — Not able to login since I updated to new update *2026-05-27* Hello. Update was installed and now not able to login anymore. I was able to login to Mimo ang fly app and also able to login to desktop for DJI Store Online, but for the mobile DJI online store not able to login. I love the build of the products, the quality is Amazing. The interface OS is high quality and I honestly want so many more devices such as Mic Mini, Controller with built in screen for my drone. Also once I get my Canadian Drone License I will be moving to a more Professional Drone so I can do professional drone photography & videography of Real Estate, Golf Courses, Inspections of Buildings, Homes, etc. But honestly DJI has so many devices that I want from DJI Ronan, Mic Mini 4 pac, DJI 5 Pro Drone, OSMO 7P, OSMO Pocket 3, FPV Controller & Goggles and so many more I have forgot.
