It is 21st century, not 80’s. Overall, banking experience in Germany is a disaster, but you can still do better, just transfer some of your revenues in app development. **Developer response:** Hallo, danke für dein Feedback. Viele Grüße deine DKB ### 2/5 — It’s the most complicated banking app you’ll ever use. *2022-11-14, version 3.17.0* I have spent so many hours trying to log in, switching from app to app (yes you need two apps to just do simple things). The mobile view is way too complicated, not easy to navigate and even when you log in or type in TANs you’re getting asked again to type in the exact same things. Viele Grüße deine DKB ### 1/5 — Steinzeit-App *2022-09-17, version 3.16.0* Mit vielen bürokratischen Pseudo-Sicherheitsfunktionen (TANs aus einer separaten App!?) ### 1/5 — Leider immer mehr Fehler *2022-09-03, version 3.15.0* Die App war noch nie besonders kundenorientiert und eigentlich das Gleiche wie die mobile Webseite der DKB. Durch viele bugs ist sie leider immer unzuverlässiger geworden. Seit Wochen passiert es immer wieder, dass wichtige Daten wie z. B. Daten zur Entwicklung von Aktien und Fonds nicht abgerufen werden können. Ich bitte um Behebung der Fehler und Entwicklung einer kundenorientierten, intuitiven App. Danke für die Antwort. Viele Grüße, deine DKB ### 1/5 — Schreckliche App *2022-05-29, version 3.14.0* Jede Eingabe muss zwei Mal gemacht werden. Das ist extrem nervig! Die DKB app ist im Prinzip einfach nur die Website in eine App gerendert. Schade, dass die DKB nicht in der Lage ist mit dem technologischen Fortschritt mitzuhalten und eine zeitgemäße App anzubieten. Werde bald zu einer anderen Bank wechseln, die versteht was Digitalisierung bedeutet. ### 1/5 — Don’t blame the user for your bad product *2022-05-04, version 3.14.0* Every time you open the app it tells you off for not manually logging at the end of your last session. That’s not how apps work and you log me out automatically anyway - no need to blame the user. **Developer response:** Hallo, danke für dein Feedback. Bei einer Bank-App gibt es andere Anforderungen an die Sicherheit der Daten, als bei anderen Apps. Deswegen empfehlen wir, sich nach der Nutzung im Banking abzumelden. DKB es kann doch nicht so schwer sein ein paar Entwickler mit einem größerem Gehirn als das eines Affen einzustellen und eine funktionierende App zu programmieren! ### 1/5 — Barely works *2021-12-26, version 3.12.0* Face ID doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Unfreundlich für Ausländer - die komplizierteste Banking App die ich je hatte *2021-11-25, version 3.11.0* Man kann die App nicht auf englisch benutzen, Obwohl ich schon seit 7 Jahren mit einem deutschen verheiratet bin will die bank mir kein Konto geben und ich muss das Konto von meinem Mann benutzen, obwohl ich einen Aufenthaltstitel habe und alle meine Dokumente sind perfekt, ich arbeite hier auch in Deutschland, kann bei dieser Bank aber kein Konto eröffnen. Ausländer haben auch Geld und ihr verliert Kunden. Ich Wechsel zur Konkurrenz! die App ist benutzerunfreundlich, manchmal muss ich mich zweimal einloggen, aus Sicherheit aber Hauptsache komplizier. Gesichtserkennung funktioniert nicht…ist eine Katastrophe diese App! Ich benutze die neue Version der App, mein iPhone aktualisiert immer auf die neuste App, bevor ich mich beschwere schaue ich immer das alles aktualisiert ist, natürlich.
