Leider keine Empfehlung:/ ### 4/5 — Solides Banking mit Luft nach oben *2025-04-29* Die DKB-App bietet eine stabile und übersichtliche Lösung für grundlegende Banking-Funktionen. Die Kontenübersicht, Überweisungen, Daueraufträge sowie die Kartenverwaltung funktionieren zuverlässig und sind gut strukturiert. Allerdings gibt es auch einige negative Punkte: Echtzeitüberweisungen fehlen weiterhin, obwohl jede andere Bank das mittlerweile anbietet. Deutschland-typisch wird hier wohl bis zur letzten Frist im Oktober 2025 gewartet. Zudem ist der Supportprozess verbesserungswürdig – Anfragen laufen über ein Kontaktformular, aber eine Übersicht über den Bearbeitungsstatus gibt es nicht. Antworten kommen mal per E-Mail, mal gar nicht. Was mir zusätzlich persönlich fehlt: Eine Ausgabenstatistik wäre hilfreich, um einen besseren Überblick über die eigenen Finanzen zu bekommen. Zudem fehlt die Option direkt technisches Feedback in der App zu geben komplett. ### 4/5 — Finally a Fix *2025-04-02, version 2.31.1* FKB hat endlich das einlog und reset Problem gelöst, ich war zwischendurch 6 Monate vom Konto ausgeschlossen. ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2024-11-30* Unfortunately have to use it as a private cutomer since June 2012. Bank switched to wokism and a terrible AI module, unable to respond with precise answers. Mandated, forced switch to App late Sept. 2024. Worked fine for two (2) weeks. However following Apple software upgrade neither biometric (fingerprint) nor passwort were accepted. Locked out since 17. Oct. 24 and unable to get Support. Send twelve {12} e-mails. AI accknowledged receipt, but non of the promised replies reached us. Only after costly sending Overseas mail received a call and could log into acct for twenty-four (24) hours. Locked out anew. ### 3/5 — An important feature is missing from the app. *2024-11-26* The application has been very well polished recently, BUT it lacks a very important function that is available in other banking applications. This function is located where the amount of money was written off from the account, in case the money was written off from my account illegally or by mistake, there should be such a function (button) to return the money back to my account. In many banking applications this function has existed for a long time. ### 1/5 — Does not work without calling customer service *2024-10-07, version 2.23.1* Installed and activated with sms, worked for 5 min then said that it needs to be unlocked by customer service. More than 2 week of waiting, 1 email and 3 times their form filled in with only 1 abysmal reply I finally called. 20 min waiting, then a friendly person telling me to uninstall and reinstall as they need to send the exact minute of installation and the phone model to their IT department to unlock. Ridiculous for an app to need this but if you find yourself in that situation the only way is to call as they also need your account info - and of course you can’t do secured uploads because you’ve been locked out. ### 4/5 — Great for euro banking *2024-09-04* DKB is an innovative app by German online banking standards. Great for managing your Euros. DKB was also the only bank I could open an account online from abroad (USA) and via video verification. Nonetheless some stuff is cumbersome, like opening an account with your partner. Also, some text is difficult to comprehend and awkwardly written. Needs some clean-up by a German limguist ### 1/5 — Dkb app *2024-08-13, version 2.22.0* Versuche per Visa Kaete zu bezahlen und muss Zahlung autorisieren. Die App meldet den Vorgang aber nicht. English is my primary language and I appreciate that, as a user, I can switch the App language to English. Challenge Fehler 2. ### 5/5 — Endlich besser mit Einschränkungen *2024-09-12* Die neue App bzw. ein neues Design ist endlich da. Das wurde meines Erachtens auch Zeit. Was mir momentan noch fehlt und hoffentlich noch eingebaut wird, ist der Stand des Tagessaldos und die sekundengenaue Abrechnung bei der neuen Debit/Visakarte, heißt also: Wenn ich mit der Karte bezahle möchte ich sofort sehen wie mein Tagessaldo aussieht, egal ob der Posten vorgemerkt ist. Der Umsatz wird ja eh abgezogen, meistens 2-3 Tage später. Ich halte es für rückständig, das der Tagessaldo dann erst aktualisiert ist. In der Zwischenzeit muss ich mir den Tagessaldo selber ausrechnen. Wenn man viele Kleinstbeträge sehr komfortabel mit dem Handy bezahlen kann, muss dies doch in der Folge möglich sein, um den Überblick zu behalten. Aufgrund dieser Lücke für mich noch zwei Sterne. Ansonsten sehr gelungen! ### 5/5 — Sehr gute App *2024-06-18, version 2.18.0* Ich finde es nur etwas schade dass es nicht eine Art „Fake Spaarbuch“ gibt wie z.B bei Comdirect um bestimmte Spaar-Ziele zu erreichen.
