The APP&GO feature guides you through the entire refuelling process: from selecting the nearest APP&GO station to authorising payment - the DKV Mobility App remains available to help you save valuable time in your daily routine.

Charging your electric vehicle?

The new update of the DKV Mobility App not only gives you access to roughly 70.000 fuel stations, but to also more than 1 million public charging points in our network. It's easy and is just one click away. Another unique feature is the intelligent route planning, where the DKV Mobility App automatically calculates the best route with optimal charging stops for long distances.

With our new home screen, you have instant access to the station closest to you. You can check the price and start navigation right away.

Actively managing time windows in which the DKV CARD can be used?

The activation mode "on demand" offers the possibility to activate cards only for the period in which they are used for a transaction. During the rest of the time, the card is inactive, and transactions will be declined. Simply start the 30-minute time window during which fuel can be purchased. After the time has expired, the card is automatically deactivated again.

What other benefits does the DKV Mobility App offer?

If you need immediate assistance, for example in the event of a breakdown or the loss of your card, the app offers direct dialing to connect you to the helpline.

Tout est dans le titre. Je travaille régulièrement en milieu rural avec peu de station, je me suis retrouvé plusieurs fois piégé avec des stations annoncées et une fois sur place, la carte n’est pas prise en charge. Merci de mettre votre cartographie à jour.

Lors de la résiliation de mon abonnement, la personne m’a donner un RIB européen ( ma carte n’étant pas capable de faire des virement autre que la France je n’ai pas réussir à faire le virement de 15€ ) , je les ais relancer aux téléphone , en mails … ils ont pris 2 mois à me trouver une solution pour que je paye ensuite 60€ de relance de leurs part et impossible de les annuler… vraiment inadmissible

Grundsätzlich gute App. Routenplanung funktioniert. Man kann sie jedoch nicht als Navigation zur Ansteuerung der Ladesäulen benutzen. Dann findet man sie nicht. Hierfür muss man die Adresse der Ladesäule separat ins TomTom eingeben. Desweiteren sind auf meinen Karten die zwei nächsten Ladesäulen in meinem Umfeld plötzlich verschwunden, obwohl sie defacto noch da sind und ich sie auch noch nutzen kann. Nach Rücksprache mit der Hotline habe ich eine E-Mail an den Support geschrieben. Mit Screenshots von meinen Karten. Meine Filter sind alle richtig gesetzt und die App-Updates habe ich auch bereits durchgeführt. Doch die Säulen bleiben verschwunden, und ich bekomme seit zwei Wochen keine Antwort vom Support dazu. Jetzt frage ich mich natürlich, ob mir woanders auch eventuell die nächsten Säulen nicht angezeigt werden? Das ist schon ärgerlich, da ich beruflich auf das Auto angewiesen bin. Deswegen nur drei Sterne Hier muss nachgearbeitet werden.
