## What is DLance?

dlance connects people who need work done with skilled freelancers nearby — from logo design to home repairs.

Whether you need something done or you're the one who can do it, everything happens in one app: finding each other, agreeing a price in chat, and paying safely.

FOR HIRERS
• Post a job and receive proposals, or buy a ready-made package at a fixed price
• Compare real people with ratings, past work, and verified IDs
• Your money is held in escrow and only released when you approve the work
• For on-site jobs, share your location privately with the person you hired — never on the public board
• See your freelancer on the way with live arrival tracking

FOR FREELANCERS
• Build a portfolio with priced packages and get discovered by hirers nearby
• Send proposals to jobs you like
• Work on-site or remotely
• Get paid to your own bank account once the hirer approves

TRUST & SAFETY
• Identity-verified people — ID documents are reviewed by our team
• Escrow protection — payment is held by dlance, not sent straight to the other person
• Honest reviews from completed, paid orders
• Built-in chat, invoices, and receipts

The app is free to download and free to browse. You only pay for the work you agree to. Available in Lao and English, with payments in kip (₭).

Made in Laos.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-25

• Notifications are here. dlance can now tell you when someone messages you,
sends an offer, or moves your order forward — even when the app is closed.

• Stay signed in. Closing the app no longer logs you out.

• Manage your notifications. A new Notifications row in your profile shows
whether they're switched on, and turns them on in one tap.

• Maps open where you are. Posting an on-site job or pinning a location now
starts from your current location instead of a default spot.

• Fixes. Deleting a saved job alert now works, and an on-site job can no
longer be posted with a pin you never placed.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-23

• Choose your language — Lao or English — the first time you open dlance. You can change it any time from Home or your profile.

• A simpler chat. Whether a job is on-site or remote now follows the job itself, so there is one less thing to set while you work through an order.

• dlance can now let you know when a newer version is ready.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-21
