## What is DLO?

DLO Wholesale runs a trading business from one place — sales, stock, purchases, debts, cash and accounting — on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows and the web, with the same account and the same data everywhere.

SELL
• Sales invoices, quotes and orders, in cash or on credit
• Iraqi dinar and US dollar side by side, at your own exchange rate
• One payment in USD, IQD and card together
• Print invoices and receipts, or share them as PDF
• Returns, discounts and separate wholesale and retail price lists

STOCK
• Items in pieces, cartons, dozens or metres
• Scan barcodes with the camera and print labels
• Warehouses, sections and shelves; transfers and stock counts
• Low-stock alerts and how fast each item sells

BUY
• Purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier invoices
• Import shipments with customs and freight costs

CUSTOMERS AND DEBTS
• A balance and statement for every customer and supplier
• Overdue debts by age, and credit limits

REPORTS
• Sales, profit, expenses and stock for any period
• From sales to net profit in one chart
• Export to PDF or Excel

ACCOUNTING
• A double-entry journal behind every document
• Chart of accounts, including the Iraqi Unified Accounting System
• Trial balance, financial statements, fixed assets, payroll and month-end close

TEAM
• Roles for owner, manager, accountant, cashier, storekeeper, sales rep and driver
• Approvals, notifications and a full activity log
• Delivery trips with a photo at hand-over

ALSO
• Kurdish, Arabic and English, right to left where needed
• Dark mode
• A built-in advisor that answers how-to questions

An account is required. Businesses get their account from DLO.IT, and staff are added by their business owner.
