I have sent a return back worth nearly £60 and I never received my money back in my account . Even after many emails I didn’t get a reply it’s been nearly 3months and still nothing ### 1/5 — Website and app terrible *2024-09-05* Cannot seem to pay for items with PayPal days now emailed for help no answer ### 1/5 — Poor *2024-08-15* Poor communication still waiting on refund after 4 weeks. If you order the same size product, in different colours, be prepared for different size/fit, as not quality checks for consistency and clearly made poorly overseas with cheap labour. The stitching is also shocking, it does not match the colour of the clothing. Spending over £140, I’m really disappointed. This is very poor service from this company. ### 1/5 — Appalling quality and service *2024-07-04* Ordered what turned out to be the most over priced appalling quality products. Returned the items and am still waiting a month later for a refund. Whenever I try to access my account I have nothing but problems trying access my account at all. Their emails to reset passwords don’t work and you can’t speak to anybody to help. So am still out of pocket with nobody to raise the issue with. Avoid this website and ordering from here at all costs. Pretty bad show when a website like SHEIN can offered better customer care. ### 1/5 — Shocking returns timeframe! *2024-06-21* Ordered my dress which took ages to come. Sent it back as didn’t like it and now waited nearly 2 months for my money. All I get is a standard email reply saying they are behind with returns and will be working on it as soon as they can. After ordering several dresses on line and returning them days before a wedding, I ordered two dresses from DLSB. As I opened the package I was met with the most sublime material and vibrant colour dresses, the joy continues as they are lined and fit perfectly! The cut of the dresses are so flattering and I instantly knew I wanted both! I want everything now! The website allows you to filter but size and by what items are in stock. I’m finding I have to go the website to see what’s available and then add to my basket/wish list via app so I can carry on that way.
