Over three days I managed to open the app once, now it doesn’t recognise my passport number and refuses to let me or change my password! Totally useless and if this is the only way to access an appointment I guess hundreds will be driving without valid licenses.

โหลดมา ใช้งานอะไรไม่ได้เลย จองคิวไม่ได้ เปลือง memory เปล่าๆ 
เป็นหน่วยงานสำคัญที่ห่วยแตกทุกการบริการ ข้อกฏหมายผ่านกรมนี้เยอะมาก แต่บริการห่วยแตกตั้งแต่แบบ offline ยัน online อยากให้ 0 ดาวแต่ระบบต้องให้ ให้ 1 ละกัน อย่างน้อยก็พยายามดูดี แต่ไร้ประโชชน์

The app simply not working, foreign users cannot register via app or website, it hangs or provide error that my foreign passport is not fit Thai id validation regardless that I am using foreigner reg with passport docs. I have a theory that these people may have evolved separately and in a different way resulting in a lower function of their brain compared to certain other societies. Anyway yeah the app is laughably bad

A complete waste of time. Jump through hoops just to get to the book an appointment page and it glitches so you’re unable to book a time. Better to have no app at all than one that doesn’t function properly. So I guess I’ll being going to the office in person and standing in a queue for a few hours, which is exactly what I would have done anyway if the app hadn’t promised to make my life so much easier… Seriously, how difficult is it to make an app that works? Yes, I did try the webpage,and the login link is unresponsive.
