## What is DM Mobile Location?

DM Mobile Location lets you update your business location from your iPhone and instantly show it on your WordPress website. Your customers get an interactive map with your current position, address, and one-tap directions.

### 2.5.3 — 2026-04-29

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue where Test Connection could overwrite your real location with placeholder coordinates on first setup. Test Connection is now non-destructive — it round-trips your existing location data without changing it, and registers a "closed" placeholder if no location exists yet.

• Fixed an issue where Update Location could silently send (0, 0) to your website when a GPS fix hadn't arrived yet. The button now stays disabled with a clear hint until a real location is available.

• The app no longer loads invalid (0, 0) coordinates from the server on launch.

New: Scheduled & Closed modes

You can now set your truck's status beyond just live tracking:

Scheduled — Pin a future location with a date and/or time. Your website shows the location on the map with a countdown banner so customers know exactly when and where to find you.
Closed — Mark your truck as not in use with a custom message like "Coming soon!" or "Back on Monday." Your website displays the message instead of the map.
Both new modes sync automatically with the DM Mobile Location WordPress plugin (v2.4.0 required).
