This is a hassle and time consuming . Customer service is good . But this has been sold to the dealer and therefore a REQUIREMENT . It needs some work. Fixes that need to be made: There is no option to save or edit the current screen. The APP asks that you take pictures in landscape yet the app does not work in landscape. The app is dependent on the web page/server "my experience" if the vin has any typos the app will not communicate with the server correctly.
