### 4/5 — Latest update

*2026-03-28, version 3.0.1*

I was loving the new app but the latest update is too dark and small for my old lady eyes. I still love it and will still use it. I just don’t feel like it’s as clean and easy to look at now.

### 5/5 — Amazing fan app

*2025-07-01, version 1.15.0*

This is a great app for anybody who likes to follow the Dave Matthews band. Tour/show/songs stats, taper audio streaming, setlist game. It's a ton of fun.

### 5/5 — A Must Have

*2025-07-01, version 1.15.0*

THE way to stay up to date with DMB as well as your own personal stats and current happenings.

### 5/5 — Setlist Game & Streams

*2025-07-01, version 1.15.0*

This app is the app for
dmb fans. Setlist game, stats, steams of recorded shows. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Love it!!

*2025-03-01*

Update: Disregard my previous review, the developers set me straight and proved me wrong. The app works perfectly! Love it!

Generally, it is a fun app to keep track of shows I’ve been to, songs I’ve seen live, etc. However, some of the data does not transfer to some of the categories. For instance, I saw Dodo live at The Gorge in 2016, and I can see that in the my songs and my shows section, but if I go over to breakdown by albums, I have a zero next to Dodo on the Some Devil album. Just a bit frustrating that I can’t really trust the breakdown by albums section to be right without first cross referencing with the other categories.

**Developer response:** You didn’t see Dodo live in 2016. You saw it teased. That’s not considered a performance. You can also look up teases and it will show Dodo.

### 3/5 — Mostly Works Alright

### 3/5 — Show streams

*2024-06-20, version 1.14.1*

I’m having some issue getting any shows to play. I can open the show but there is no play button and I can’t fast forward or do anything once I’m on the setlist screen.

### 5/5 — The BEST of what’s around!

*2023-08-23*

I just came across this app last night and I was like a kid on Christmas morning. This is such a valuable resource for the DMB community. I love the streaming feature which allows fans to search for - and listen to - past concerts, as well as peruse old set lists and see their personal show stats. DMB has been a huge part of my life for the last 25+ years and this app will ensure the flame burns bright for years to come. To the developers of this app - thank you!

### 5/5 — 10/10

*2023-07-18, version 1.10.0*

Thank you for making this

### 5/5 — must have app for any DMB fan

*2023-05-11, version 1.10.0*

### 5/5 — 10 stars!!!

*2022-07-07, version 1.10.0*

This app is great. A little tricky to navigate at first (to find nav bar, slide screen to the right) but I love this app. Thanks for sharing all this DMB music and news with us!!!! ☮️❤️<insert firedancer emoji here, when will we get a firedancer emoji???>

### 5/5 — The 💣

*2021-11-20, version 1.10.0*

Obviously the best app on my iPhone

### 5/5 — Great app…one suggestion…

*2021-09-23*

It would be awesome to be able to choose one notification with the full setlist at the end of a show, rather than 30 notifications during the show. I love to see the set lists, but don’t really need that many notifications in real time. Thanks!

**Developer response:** You absolutely can set this up. In the left side menu, choose settings. There, you can customize the type of alerts you want to receive. Turning off Live Setlist will disable the notifications for every song.

### 5/5 — Excellent App

*2021-09-12*

This THE go to app for any DMB fan. Many great features. So nice to have live set list notifications during touring season. Love the ability to stream fan recorded shows, especially now that we can fast forward within a song. They’re always adding new shows from the catalog. Get this app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Setlist Game & Streams

*2025-11-24, version 2.1*

The addition of AI slop
has made this app as sad as the rest of tech in 2025.

### 1/5 — Live setlist not working

*2023-05-21, version 1.11.5*

Live setlist isn't showing anything for me still after re-downloading app. Also next day it still doesn't show for me.

### 1/5 — Crash

*2018-09-08, version 1.9.7*

This app has opened literally one time since I’ve owned it. It crashes constantly. Only app on my iPhone X with that problem.

### 1/5 — Crashing

*2018-08-25, version 1.9.7*

App won’t open - just crashes. Bad update.

### 1/5 — Crashing crashing crashing

*2018-05-27, version 1.8.1*

Every time

### 1/5 — Crash

*2018-05-26, version 1.8.1*

This update won’t even let me open the Aop it just flashes and goes back to my home screen

### 2/5 — GrI at resource for music

*2026-06-03, version 3.3.1*

New app update is terrible. It’s either too tiny to use or you open the player and the music turns off.

### 2/5 — Too confusing where to find things

*2026-05-26*

I would assume that this was constructed using an AI. It is overly complex and hard to find simple live show information that was easy to find in the old app. There needs to be some kind of tutorial for users who were using the old app. Kinda disappointed.

**Developer response:** What’s confusing about a live show banner on the main page of the app when a live show is going on?

### 2/5 — Great content stinky update

*2026-05-02*

Everything is so hard to find now. Every large button gives some type of song or show lore, but the small buttons are the ones controlling the music & those are too small and too close to each other. Tough to use if driving. Appreciate all the hard work but this update ain’t it.

**Developer response:** Tough to use an app while driving?

There is CarPlay and Android auto for music playback specifically for this purpose. Otherwise, put the phone down.

### 2/5 — A fantastic source for shows bogged down by a confusing UI

*2026-04-04*

As most fans I’ve been using this app for a long time. And while it has needed a visual update for a quite a while, at least the UX behind it made some sort of sense.

Now, with this visual overhaul, it’s incredibly clear that this layout and UX was generated by AI (looks like Claude specifically). For example look at the now playing screen. The only way to select a new song from the show you’re on is to scroll horizontally through a small list. Why is that pattern being used? What other music app has even done that? That is just one of the many examples of poor UX.

As a designer myself I’m extremely disappointed with this and wished they had reached out to a designer to help flesh this out.

**Developer response:** You can expand the player card to show more songs.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Thank You, Little Thing

*2026-05-21*

So thankful for this app, I literally use it every day. Ya’ll are great. One small ask - whenever I minimize the app now and reopen the music pauses. Can you fix that?

### 5/5 — The Best

Everything you need if you are a DMB Fan.

*2026-01-28, version 2.5.2*

### 5/5 — 10 stars!!!

*2025-07-26*

This app is great. A little tricky to navigate at first (to find nav bar, slide screen to the right) but I love this app. Thanks for sharing all this DMB music and news with us!!!! ☮️❤️<insert firedancer emoji here, when will we get a firedancer emoji>

Updated to add, I’m a junkie for you, dmb hub! The only app I use more than this is my Sonos app - any chance you can work w them on a plug-in so we can directly stream thru Sonos app? I’ve also sent a note to them to ask if they’d work w you on this. Not sure how that all works but it would be amazing!!

Much love!
Hope

### 5/5 — Best Concert/Band App Ever

*2025-07-01, version 1.15.0*

Such a cool app that encompasses all things DMB. If you are a fan of this band and don’t have this app you are missing out!

### 5/5 — Much more than a Dave Matthews Band setlist archive!

*2025-07-01*

Hold years of historical facts and data about Dave Matthews Band right in the palm of your hand with the mobile version of the Ants Marching website. The DMB hub acts as much more than a setlist archive. Track your show and song stats, discuss on the forums and get interactive by playing the setlist game. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

### 5/5 — A DMB’s fans bible

*2025-07-01, version 1.15.0*

If you are a DMB fan and you don’t have this app, something wrong.
