## What is DME Patient?

Healthcare DME Patient Portal gives existing Healthcare DME patients secure mobile access to their patient information and service activity.

This app is designed for patients who already have a record with Healthcare DME. It does not create a new medical supply account. Eligible patients can set up app access using the email address or phone number already linked to their Healthcare DME patient record.

With the app, patients can:

• View patient profile and contact information
• Review orders and order details
• Track requests submitted to Healthcare DME
• View invoice history and account balance
• Submit requested information securely
• Manage notification and account settings
• Sign in with password and verification code protection when required

Healthcare DME provides home medical equipment and supplies, including categories such as CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen equipment, diabetic supplies, mobility equipment, catheters, incontinence supplies, wound care, hospital equipment, orthotic supplies, and more.
