Previous versions of the app were much better and faster. The development team must be just adding new lines of code without refactoring and optimisation. In one year, we’re going to wait five seconds to upload one picture. Good job! ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2025-11-30* Waste of time. Spend more time playing with the app than working. Have to constantly delete it and redownload it to make it work. As soon as it starts working consistently they screw with it and make it work worse again. They will change the rates after work completion. Payouts take forever. If you don’t have enough pictures you won’t be paid. Communication is terrible. Sent me few locations for estimates and after estimates were given, they went off. Wasted gas and time and no response from them. Well some are good . The good ones are awesome and the bad ones are awful. They are definitely cheap , if you finish a job early you should get the full nte no matter what . I do not think it is legal to pay hourly to contractors unless we directly work for them but it’s possible they are in some type of grey. They expect so much and pay so little. I’m a world where you make more for average owners , than million dollar companies , we need to really come together and fight the corporate greed involved in something like this . In 2017 this company was awesome . I made 50 k a winter in contracts and paid my guys well for a small company. Now ughh . They don’t pay the agreed-upon amount. Would recommend working with Broadway international specially on the East Coast they rush to try and complete jobs but don’t give you the hours that you put a requested on their job because they rush you the whole time they shorted you tremendous amount of money ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This company is a scam *2026-07-19* In my experience, this has been one of the worst companies I’ve worked with. It felt like their primary focus was maximizing their own profits rather than building fair, long-term relationships with their subcontractors. After working directly with HOAs, property managers, and other clients, I found that dealing with this company was the worst experience possible. Communication, transparency, and fair treatment were lacking, and I often felt that subcontractors were expected to absorb the costs while the company benefited. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend working with them as a subcontractor. ### 1/5 — Walgreens Scammer Byron *2026-07-08* My company and I did over 400 Jobs in One Year!! We were getting all the Walgreens jobs until a provider by the name of Jake from the Illinois area told Byron to block us and get rid of us because we were supposedly taking all the jobs from him. And I believe Byron is getting kicked down on money on the side from This Provider named Jake!! And gets everything approved that he wants! We know this because a few of the reps we built a great reputation with told us themselves that Byron does whatever Jake tells him! And that he even travels to Chicago to meet up with Jake! We got blocked for no reason at all!! not once were we ever recalled to a job to go redo! DMG needs to look into Byron from the Walgreens account!! ### 1/5 — JUNCK *2026-06-18, version 10.0.0* It dose what it wants on my phone. Tracks me 24/7. It is always running even when it is closed on iPhone 17 pro. It’s a trash app and don’t know why anybody would want to use it. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-05-28* I don’t have the words to express how HORRIBLE this app and company are. They require a minimum of 10 before and after pictures for one service, only one tech can work on a P.O. at a time. The geofencing doesn’t account for the time traveled to or from the job site ETC. You can tell that whoever runs this company has NEVER done a manual day of labor in their lives. They shift the bureaucracy of office work back to the poor bastard digging the hole, then take the lions share of his profits. Hopefully this comment save you from these monsters ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2026-04-16* Did over 65 jobs in a year for these people and a asginee came along that’s worked there for 2 weeks and got upset and got my account blocked because he was trying to change the price we agreed on. Was 850 then tried changing it to 250. I then got ahold of his boss and ended up getting blocked because he complained about our company note this was the first time we dealt with him. This is for app reviews. This app is now storing over 2.5G on my phone from using it for my job. I assume it’s storing image data somehow but offloading etc. does nothing. This isn’t sustainable…. ### 1/5 — Dmg pro *2026-03-11* This is one of the worst apps I have ever worked with as a service provider. The platform consistently sides with the customer and shows very little respect for the service providers who actually do the work. They can easily remove or reduce an invoice without even consulting the provider, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of that, the pay rates are extremely low — around $30 per hour for a technician and only $19 for an assistant. These rates are far below what the work actually requires. Overall, this platform wastes your time and effort and does not treat service providers fairly. I only had to signup on their website, upload my licenses and download the app. Then I get consistently matched to jobs and the rates they offer are always very good. Overall good chat support, somebody is always there to help you if some technical issue arises. Very simple and easy to understand app. Check in/check out process is fast and simple. The app is also getting better with every release. Excited to be a part of this! ### 2/5 — they’re awful *2026-03-05* Super unprofessional crew, but now all of them. but some of them doesnt now anything about maintenance overall, they dont want to pay you good. very picky on all the materials you put in the invoice. and in general what you were doing on the site. at the end of the day why is that matter when you got the job done. job scope never described right.
