## What is DMS4 Inbox?

XGATE Inbox helps authorized sales teams manage customer conversations from a secure mobile workspace.

Sales users can review assigned, unassigned, pending, processing, and closed conversations, search by customer, phone number, message content, or internal notes, and respond with text, attachments, emojis, templates, and approved content library assets.

The app supports daily sales follow-up workflows including online and offline status, offline auto-replies, SLA countdowns, conversation reassignment, conversation closing, send failure alerts, and outbound channel selection.

For team collaboration, sales users can add internal notes and @mention colleagues without exposing private comments to customers. Customer profile tools show key contact details, tags, notes, and connected CRM or order information when enabled by the workspace.

For multi-team operations, workspace switching keeps conversations, assignments, tags, templates, routing rules, and integrations separated by workspace. The interface supports English and Chinese.

XGATE Inbox is intended for authorized sales users. Access requires an account provided by your organization.
