I’m having a major issue where I can log in but then can’t view the cameras as it asks to change the camera password. I have downloaded DMSS and it works but when I try the DMSS HD app cameras don’t load. It sucks using the DMSS because is not full screen if you’re on iPad. I have tried it with fire stick k and it also sucks. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work on Mac *2026-03-05, version 1.95.002* Trying to use desktop to download crime footage but the app won't accept the password I use on the phone and when I try and create a new one on the desktop, it both locks out the phone and (even after supplying a verification code to my email) it persisits in saying the password is wrong. They work on the phone but not iPad. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️.
