Works fine locally but if you travel outside your country it always times out.  On WiFi or network doesn’t matter.  If you ask developers for help you get no reply.

Please remove the haptic feedback from playback and save the stream settings as it needs to be changed everytime. Very poor upgrade.

This has always been my preferred NVR mobile app but the most recent update has caused the PTZ functionality not to work.  I have tried on mine as well as a colleague and it does not work since the most recent update this week :(

Last update completely broke the app. It struggles to open my cameras so badly that it can only show 1 of them. Used to show 4 at a time responsively, now a laggy mess.

If you are very tech and able to keep up with the ‘upgrades’ then this will be great. If you have only basic tech skills forget it. It will be useful for police to review footage but forget being able to easily find any vision you want or if you want to get notified of the sensors being triggered!

I have mobile cameras that I can move. But ever since the update about a few days ago, I can no longer move the cameras if there’s someway somehow the app developers can fix this.

The app is a nightmare, they keep updates it and when you open again and select a camera to view you have to change back to HD as it is set on SD and when you close app after going back into the setting and saving it to HD , and reopen app it has gone back k to SD again , please fix’s

Once again another update and another fail. Keeps saying device is offline. It’s not offline, it’s connected to the same network I’m using for work.
Can’t get camera live feed on mobile data or wifi connection.
I just don’t see the point of having a security system that can’t be reliable.
It can’t be that hard to get right.

They put the playback at every 10 minutes now so it takes sooooooo long to get through it if you’re looking for a specific time. PLUS, the screen is now sooooooo sensitive that if you zoom in on a playback, it jumps around in time and if you are recording from playback, the video stops itself. They made things worse!!! Extremely annoying!!! Not liking it at all. To review 1 minute in time it takes me over 1/2 hour because of these new problems.

Приложение превратилось в навязчивую рекламу собственного облака. При каждом запуске требует зайти в аккаунт, а без авторизации даже нельзя добавить канал. Зачем принуждать пользователей к регистрации, если многим нужен только локальный доступ? Раньше можно было пользоваться без лишних действий, теперь гемор. Разочарован таким подходом.

Камеры жк. Раньше ставила телефон и включала 9 камер и могли работать беспрерывно. После обновления вылетать стало каждые 30 мин, а после сегодняшнего обновления вообще сразу зависает и в реальном времени не посмотреть.

L’application est globalement très bien conçue et complète pour un usage classique. Cependant, nous constatons régulièrement un manque de stabilité.

Des bugs apparaissent de manière récurrente et l’application semble relativement lourde au démarrage. Les retours de nos clients sont quasiment tous identiques : l’application est appréciée pour ses fonctionnalités, mais des lenteurs fréquentes sont constatées lors de l’ouverture des caméras, aussi bien en 5G qu’en Wi-Fi.

Une optimisation de la stabilité générale, du temps de démarrage et de la rapidité d’ouverture des flux vidéo serait fortement appréciée afin d’améliorer l’expérience utilisateur.

App is very good. We can control everything except one thing to enable or disable alarm linkage as per time. For example, i want to enable alarm system only after 10pm to 5am in the morning. If i do this thing in notifications then it will block the notifications for the rest of the day. If you can really add this extra bit of feature will be great. TA!!!!
