If you couldn’t select a slot, it means it was already taken or no longer available at that moment, which is common due to high demand.

This app doesn’t work. My friend told me about available appointments that just opened on the DMV website and sure enough there were several. This app didn’t show any available. Don’t waste your money.

Just to clarify — the app doesn’t create or hold any appointments, it only displays what’s available on the DMV site at the time of checking.
Sometimes slots can appear and disappear very quickly, especially during peak hours.

Don’t waste your money app doesn’t work well, sometimes loads information and usually not. You will still probably just have to check the DMV website.  No ability to contact customer service.
