I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting then re downloading the app but the same thing happens. The app has completely shut me out. **Developer response:** That's very strange. Enough said. Response: Questions were not challenging enough. The app completely ignores about half of the questions on the actual test. I got blind sided by 10 out of the 32 questions on the math placement exam when only using this to study. **Developer response:** Hi Baller...Thanks, but our students have had excellent success with TestBank. Don’t get it!!! *2018-05-08* I have tried everything to get this app to work. No matter how many times I delete and reinstall it never recognizes that I paid for the app. It’s completely worthless. I have wasted so much of my time trying to get it to run. **Developer response:** This app probably is not the app that you originally subscribed, because Apple's system for recognizing purchases works like a charm. Even after upgrading in app, questions beyond the free practice test are still locked. I’ve reset the app, restarted, and even restored purchases. Canceled my subscription. Well this is how you do it since they won’t tell you how to: -Sign into your App Store on your computer -Go to “Account” -Under subscriptions, press “Manage” -Cancel this scam of an app! You’re welcome :) **Developer response:** Just like with your Netflix subscription, Apple makes it super-easy for anyone to cancel their subscription whenever they'd like. Simply go to Settings, then iTunes & App Store on your iPhone or iPad. ### 1/5 — Seems a little scammy *2018-01-13* I downloaded the free trial. Decided it wasn’t for me so I deleted it. Couple weeks later you charge me $6.99. I never authorized this. And I can’t find where you have hidden the opt out button. What a disappointment. I even paid $.99 monthly. I wouldn't waste my time and money. **Developer response:** Hi Misty!
