It has to be one of the best hashtag planning apps hands-down, but it’s so much more than that. I use the app to check analytics, best tines to post, and posting planning. Sadly post planning is the only pitfall. If you have multiple accounts it loads so slow, and by slow I mean days or sometimes it never loads.so essentially you can only use one account which is disappointing. ### 3/5 — Potential to be quite good *2021-06-15, version 1.280* I think the layout of the app and the range of intended functions is good. Thus far there are too many errors for me to justify the monthly cost of this app. More than once it was supposed to post for me and it has not. ### 1/5 — Facebook requires but doesn’t tell you until it’s too late *2021-06-08, version 1.280* Apparently you have to have a Facebook account to log into the app, but the app doesn’t tell you that until after you subscribe. I have Instagram but not Facebook, so now I can’t even use the app. ### 5/5 — My go to IG Planner *2021-03-26, version 1.279* I’ve tried quite a few out there and this one is definitely my fave ### 1/5 — Don’t Waste Your Money!! *2020-11-27* I liked the trial after using it so I purchased the premium version in November 16th I believe. I have not been able to use this app since. Every time I go to use it, it shows me the main screen as if I’ve never purchased the premium. When I click on Restore Purchases it makes me re sync my Facebook and continues to fail at that every time. This is not a problem with Facebook as they keep suggesting on all the bad reviews from previous months. This is a bug on their end that needs to be fixed. Also, when I click on App Support from the App Store it takes me to their link but there is absolutely no place on there that shows how to contact them. It’s almost like they don’t want you contacting them. You have to get on here to write a bad review before they give you that information. Most of the features work fine however there are definitely some bugs that need to be fixed. It sometimes takes 1+days for my post stats to update. Also, the stories features doesn’t work. I post stories all day and this app continues to tell me i don’t have any. Can we also get an update so I am able to view insights on the reels I post to my feed? **Developer response:** Hi there! It hardly does ANYTHING other than just re-report the analytics that are already available in Instagram.... just in a separate app? I don’t find the ‘discovery’ part helpful at all. What exactly am I paying for? And why are a bunch of reviews on this app from when it was a COMPLETELY different app, something about getting feedback on your outfits from stylists?? I have two Instagram accounts that are linked to my Facebook Pages and my Instagram is set up as a Business on both accounts. Been that way for years. People on social media don’t have time for maintenance for 24hrs, I need to see my stats ASAP. Every time I went to link it, it would crash and say “network connection lost”, kick me out and say “uh-oh you didn’t validate enough for use” or something like that. Then I would try again and same thing. Tried dozens of times on different networks. Facebook was working just fine on that browser, only when it was trying to connect it wouldn’t go through so I couldn’t even see what the app was about.
