When your product won’t connect to Bluetooth and I can’t get customer service to respond to my phone calls or emails, that’s a big red flag.

This used to be great. Now no longer connecting. I’m now wondering if the iPhone update isn’t compatible any longer with this version. No update for 2 years.

I was able to use the device one time and have now struggled to connect to the device. I have followed the instructions and still unable to connect. It shouldn’t have to be this hard to use a product.

Not sure where the ‘easy connect’ reviews come from. Probably people who work for the company. Connecting is annoying and takes multiple times. It will disconnect during a session so you can stop it or see the time remaining. Device seems to be helping my knee but the app is hurting my head.

Does it work? Who knows? I was trying to give it a fair shot. I was using it consistently. Now it just won’t even connect. A lot of money to just stop connecting within a few months.

Great app, must have it to operate the Jazz Band Vibe. Pretty cool that it’s basically a remote for the Jazz Band. Very nice (Borat voice).
