No good for me. Have asked for a refund. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2020-07-21, version 2.9* Do not waste your money on this tool. It does nothing for you that a copy and past from ancestry will give you. You can’t even download the strings of matches from this tool into a file that you can use in a spreadsheet. But the program did not add as many people to the tree as the tree I was building from. Tried again the next day and have only gotten errors since. Waste of money. Didn’t work the whole time. Tried three contact avenues to see if I could get a free month to make up for it, with no response. I think this should be noted up front. I emailed the developers a week ago and have not gotten a response, and nothing has changed in the app. The app will no longer find common ancestors and doesn’t seem to be loading any tree information when you load matches. I think one of the main issues is that an end longer has pages of matches, but instead it just keeps loading matches in batches on the same page. The app doesn’t seem to know how to manage this or get any data from the matches. Tried a second login (to use a different tester’s kit, to get their matches) and the app crashed. Tried the usual steps (logging out and back in, powering off the iPad, unloading and reloading the app), none worked. I’ve worked out so many of my DNA connections using this app! ### 5/5 — Great time saver *2019-08-12, version 2.3.2* Amazed at how quickly the app reads thru DNA matches and finds Common Ancestors. There have been some service bumps along the way but the developer has been very responsive to any issues that have arisen. If you are on a budget and prefer not to subscribe long-term, even a month’s subscription will benefit hugely.
