Now the app just won’t open and is stuck on a logo page with “loading” and spinning circle. Despite almost 2 weeks since the latest update was pushed out, no fixes have been released. Pretty poor customer service I’m afraid and I can’t be the only person affected. ### 5/5 — Expert skincare recommendations *2022-10-19, version 1.3.9* This app is great to help you navigate through worldwide skincare products at a shop. I prefer to scan than to speak to the sales consultants as I can clearly see what the product has and whether it will work for me! This is the first time I came across a service like this!
