(Dette skjer selv mens begge tidssoner er på samme dato/dag) Dato er riktig, men viser en ukedag for tidlig (Wed istedet for riktig dag Thu, etc.): Eksempler: June 2019 Wed 13 Mon 4 May 2019 Thu 31 Mon 28 Når jeg skifter til CEST (Central European Summer Time) viser appen riktig ukedag. Flisespikkeri? ... Legg gjerne til en lenke til e-post for tilbakemeldinger fra brukere, så slipper vi å bruke AppStore for dette. 😎 ### 2/5 — Requires Background App Refresh to be enabled *2019-06-04* The GUI is indeed nice, and application feel rather lightweight and fast, but the fact that it requires Background App Refresh to be enabled is very frustrating. Not a single bank application I know does that: Nordea is fine without it, SEB is fine without it and so on - all of them allow me to log in with Face ID, but DNB does not. Why DNB needs Background App Refresh to be enabled for that and others don’t - remains to be unknown. ### 2/5 — No business account support *2019-05-21* I really wish I could use this app to view my business account however it appears that it's only linked to my personal user. The UI is real nice though! So (5 stars for that) **Developer response:** Hi, yes that's true. However if you have a small company then you can contact the business customer service then they should be able to set up your account so that it's visible in the regular nettbank. Setter ikke pris på å bli tvangsflyttet til en bank. Jobber nå med å flytte kontoer til Bulder bank. ### 1/5 — New app missing major functionality *2024-04-08, version 4.53.2* Since DNB took over SBanken services are worse and worse. Not to mention lack of Apple Pay at all… Let’s focus on an app. SBanken app was perfect before DNB started messing with it.. Now it does not have basic functionality like Utenlandsbetaling. I need to send money abroad and my bank is missing this option… who the hell got idea to release semi ready app? Thing that fas easy I was googling for over one hour to determine there is no option… Also lack of banking via website is… outrageous… I can’t give more than one star…. If you fix functionality of international transfers I can adjust rating. Start from international transfers… ### 1/5 — No Apple Pay In 2024 *2024-03-04* So it’s 2024 and still the bank cards from DNB not supporting Apple Pay. Why?? This is very bad for a very big bank in Norway. And please don’t tell me that is coming from your separate app in iOS 17.4 because I’m not interested to use it unless it’s Apple Pay only as it’s safest. ### 1/5 — How change language? *2024-01-09, version 4.51.0* How change language in app (on iPhone). I have only Norwegian, but I want English. ### 1/5 — Interface below par *2022-10-05, version 4.38.0* Keeps ending up with the same error “Incorrect data entered, please try again” with no longer any chat options other than a bot and no contact email. ### 1/5 — IPad FaceID broke *2022-09-30* I wrote FaceID no longer works on my iPhone. The iPad app just updates and now I can no longer login with FaceID on my iPad as well. I have toggled the setting off and on again regardless when I open the app instead of FaceID unlocking the App I am presented with the three login options screen. Update - Why must I register again with my pin and code device after an update? I went on travel and checked the app before leaving to ensure I will receive notifications and approve bill payments and left my code device at home. The app updated now I have no access since I left that fossil called a code device at home. And can’t get Bank ID with a D-Number. I have accounts with Wells Fargo, USAA and ABANCA and DNB makes things the most difficult by far. ### 1/5 — I can’t open my app *2019-12-23* I just updated the app and now it won’t even open. If it continues, please contact us at mobilbank@dnb.no / Bjarne ### 1/5 — App freeze whole iOS system *2019-12-09, version 4.7.3* When I started app on an iPhone 11 Pro, I had to force restart on my phone, because DNB app freezed my iPhone completely, even Siri could not help me exit/change app to another. I tried it second time after restarting, tried differents apps and Bang! DNB app made my phone freeze one more time. I do not recommend it. ### 1/5 — Bad app for a bad bank! *2019-10-03* I almost always get an error message saying It can’t shows balances at the moment. I really could see my transactions and it logs me out when it feels like it. **Developer response:** Hi! Please get in touch with us at mobilbank@dnb.no if you are still facing issues. /Bjarne ### 1/5 — Old Technology *2019-06-24* Aside from needing a refresh, DNB still refuses to give their customers Apple Pay. As such they remain in the stone ages of banking. I’ve used Apple Pay since its inception while living in the US, UK, and Canada. I have nothing but positive things to say about how well it works. Norway is quite backwards when it comes to the user experience and banking.
